I get message to activate my station▾
  1. Take a screenshot of the message.
  2. Contact SUPPORT via WhatsApp 067 406 5235
  3. Do not close the activation window.
  4. SUPPORT will activate your station. Once confirmed, restart and log in again.
I don't know where to capture▾
  1. On your desktop, double‑click the Fingerprint Capture icon.
  2. Before logging in, ensure your scanner is connected.
  3. Log in using your CSI ID and password.
  4. Click New Capture and follow prompts.

If unsure, message Kgotlelelo on WhatsApp.

Where do I see what I have captured?▾
  1. Go to portal.kagosolutions.co.za.
  2. Use the username & password from SUPPORT. If forgotten, contact Kgotlelelo.
  3. Click CHECKS → Search by candidate ID.
  4. Click the green eye to view or Release if required.
I get login error on Capture Software▾
  1. Use the correct user ID format: CSI followed by your ID number (e.g., CSI1234567890123).
  2. Make sure there are no spaces before or after your username.
  3. Confirm your fingerprint scanner is plugged in and detected.
  4. If it still fails, contact SUPPORT.
I can't log onto Webportal (to check results)▾
  1. Check your username: usually the first part of your email address without the @ and domain (e.g., johndoe).
  2. If you can't remember your password, click on Reset password - enter your Userid (first part of your email before @) . Contact SUPPORT / Kgotlelelo with your email address and the exact error message.
  3. Make sure there are no spaces in the username or password fields.
  4. These credentials were provided when your station was activated—check your earlier WhatsApp messages from SUPPORT.
